The Lastingham Group of Churches receives no money from the government, no money from the Church of England, and no money from the Diocese of York. Therefore, the funds to run our churches must all be raised locally, and from our visitors.

One of our five churches, Cropton, is pioneering the scheme for the entire group. It joined JustGiving on 9th August 2010. Your donations will go to Cropton's account, and this will be paid into to a central pool, called

The Lastingham Churches Fund.
